Shopping Information Isis Essentials is a Canadian company based in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. All of our prices are shown in Canadian dollars. For your convenience we have included a currency converter on each product page of our web site. If you are using PayPal you may make payments in U.S. Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Euros, Pounds Sterling, and Yen. Shopping at Isis Essentails We have integrated the shopping cart right into the product pages so there is no need for you to browse through our products then switch to the "Store". The store is at your fingertips at all times. As you browse through our product pages you can click on the "ADD TO CART" button for any item and it will automaticaly be added to your shopping cart. You will be taken to the shopping cart page each time you select an item. If you would like to purchase more than one of that item simply change the quantity to whatever you want then click on the recalculate button to update your order. Should you decide you don't want that item change the quantity to "0" and click on the "RECALCULATE" button. If you wish to continue shopping simply click on the continue button to be taken back to the product page you were last on. When you have completed your shopping click on the "VIEW CART" button you will find at the bottom of each page to go to the shopping cart. Click on the "GO TO PAYMENT" button in the shopping cart. You will then be asked to fill in the rest of the necessary information to complete your purchase. Paying for your Purchase This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Contact, mailing, and credit card information is collected and stored on a third party secure server provided by http://www.mals-e.com. While contact, mailing, and order information is sent through e-mail, credit card information is never sent through unsecure e-mail. Orders and associated personal information are retained on the secure server for up to one month after the order has been filled. After such time, all data pertaining to the order is deleted. Your personal information is never used for any other reason than to process your order. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, money orders, and certified checks. You may select to pay with credit card, MasterCard or Visa using our shopping cart. When you are asked to select your payment method click "CREDIT CARD". This will take you to the a secure server where your credit card information is encrypted and stored. Once we recieve your order and process the payment the credit card information is deleted. You may also pay through PayPal. When you are asked to select your payment method click "PAYPAL" you will be taken to PayPals secure server, there you should follow their procedure for payment. Once completed the order information is forwarded to Isis Essentials. We do not receive any credit card information from PayPal, simply the order information and a confirmation of the payment. You may pay for your order by money order or certified cheque. Simply print and complete our order form with your name, shipping address and phone number and the items you wish to purchase, then mail it to: Isis Essentials With the money order or certified cheque enclosed. When we receive your order and payment we will process your order and ship it to you within 3 Business days.
SHIPPING CHARGES Shipping charges are automatically
applied to each order when you use our shopping cart. All shipping
charges are for shipment via Canada Post "standard" service.
RETURNS
We take great pride in providing great products at great prices, but if for some reason you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will be glad to assist you. DAMAGED GOODSOur products are packed with great care, but sometimes things happen to the boxes on their way to you. If you have an item that is damaged, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your package and we will take care of it for you.
